I am a Financial Planner near Cambridge, providing independent financial advice to people with retirement and investment, inheritance tax planning & protection needs.
I started my own firm as DP Financial Solutions Ltd and joined the Vision network following a long and successful career with NatWest and more recently HSBC, where I was an award-winning Financial Adviser in Personal Financial Advice, over a 15 year period.
I always put the customer as number one and strongly believe that the cornerstone of the best advice is to get to know your client well and build strong and long-lasting relationships. I tailor my advice to meet each individual’s circumstances.
With a greater number of financial service providers now only offering a ‘restricted’ advice model, I joined the Vision network to ensure both my present and future clients continue to benefit from ‘true’ independent financial advice.
Outside of work, I am married to Kath and have three children, Jack and Emily and George. Most of my spare time is taken up with the children’s activities, especially Jack’s karting. I am also very active both on and off stage with my local amateur dramatics society.
